Continue Following the Patterns

The technologies shaping markets may change, but the forces behind investment cycles often remain remarkably consistent.

On Substack, CJ shares his ongoing perspective on artificial intelligence, technological transformation, market history, and the investment patterns taking shape today. Subscribe to follow his latest writing and explore how the framework behind Investing in the Second Wave applies as the market continues to evolve.

The Framework

Markets Change. The Patterns Behind Them Endure.

From canals and railroads to electricity, telecommunications, and the internet, transformative technologies have repeatedly moved through similar cycles of speculation, consolidation, and widespread adoption.

CJ’s approach begins with a simple premise: tools without a framework produce noise, not insight.

By combining historical pattern recognition, fundamental analysis, and AI-assisted research, readers can develop a more disciplined way to evaluate emerging opportunities. The goal is not to predict every winner or time the market perfectly. It is to understand where a transformation stands, where capital is flowing, and which questions deserve closer examination.
